At Divas Who Win, we believe that true leadership emerges from lived experience. We’re creating a community-led council designed to center voices that have navigated substance use, sex work, or trafficking, alongside allies deeply committed to justice, healing, and meaningful community care.
This isn’t merely advisory—it’s visionary. The council is a dedicated space for truth-telling, collaboration, and authentic leadership, ensuring our programs, policies, and direction stay rooted in the realities and wisdom of those closest to the issues.

Individuals impacted by substance use, sex work, or trafficking.
Community leaders ready to share insight, offer feedback, and help build with clarity and care.
Allies who may not have personal lived experience but demonstrate deep commitment to justice, healing, and transformative community support.
