Joyfest Guest Agreement

Photo choice

JOYfest is joyful, and we love to share that joy. We also know that for some of us, being seen is not safe. Please choose: ( ) Yes, you may photograph and film me at JOYfest and share those images to tell the Divas Who Win story. ( ) No photos of me, please. I will wear a hot pink wristband so our team knows. Photos of children, including pictures with Santa, are for your family only and are never shared. No guest’s name is ever shared.

Childcare agreement

I am leaving my child in the Tiny Whos Clubhouse while I enjoy JOYfest at 1055 Barber Street. My child and I wear matching numbered wristbands. I, the mom, am the only person who picks up my child. My child is not released to a sibling or to anyone else. I carry a pager. It buzzes at 75 minutes and at 90 minutes, and I return for my child by 90 minutes. I stay inside JOYfest while my child is in the Clubhouse. I have listed my child’s allergies, and I tell the volunteers anything else they should know. Volunteers do not give my child any medicine of any kind. If my child needs medicine, I come and give it myself. In an emergency, I allow the volunteers to seek medical help for my child if they cannot reach me right away.

Guest agreement

I am choosing to attend JOYfest 2026, hosted by Divas Who Win Freedom Center at 1055 Barber Street, Athens, on Saturday, December 5, 2026. I choose which activities I join, including massage, hair and makeup, and the Dance Cam. I release Divas Who Win Freedom Center, its volunteers, partners and the venue from claims for injury or loss that come from my taking part, except where caused by gross negligence.
