Spring/Summer 2026 Internship Opportunities

To support our current programming and organizational capacity, we are seeking 4–6 interns total, with 2–3 students placed in each of the following tracks:

• Fashion Merchandising + Styling
• E-Commerce, Inventory, and Product Management
• Social Media Management
• Fashion Show Creative Director & Planning Specialist

We welcome strong undergraduate applicants and are especially interested in connecting with master’s-level students seeking a leadership-oriented, real-world practicum in merchandising, sustainability, retail systems, or fashion-focused community engagement. Internships require 16–20 hours per week and offer flexible scheduling. A portion of each intern’s time will take place at our Sustainability Center, which is open (10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with occasional early morning or evening availability). In addition, each intern will complete 2 weekly three-hour shifts at the Freedom Boutique, our downtown Athens resale storefront. This experience integrates sustainability, merchandising, retail analysis, styling, editorial direction, and operational systems, providing hands-on exposure to both the creative and analytical dimensions of the fashion industry. Students with prior experience in resale platforms (such as Depop, Poshmark, or Instagram shops) or thrift and secondhand retail environments are strongly encouraged to apply.

The Divas Who Win Boutique is a mission-driven retail space supporting our broader work. Volunteers in this area attend a brief orientation and are matched to roles based on interest, experience, and availability.
